When do gates open?
Gates for Torch events generally open one hour before the stated show start time.
What size bag is allowed?
Only clear bags smaller than 12”x 6”x 12” and/or a small clutch are allowed inside the Coliseum. All bags are subject to search. Visit lacoliseum.com/beclear for more information.
What other items are allowed to be brought in?
• Festival totems or decorated pool noodles. Must be foam or soft sided.
• Flags/banners or handmade signs, no hard flagpoles.
• Glowsticks & glowing/illuminated costumes or jewelry.
• Hula- hoops, poi, orbitals, flow-toys – PLASTIC ONLY.
• Hydration packs with no more than two compartments (must be empty upon entry and subject to search).
• Reusable, non-metallic water bottles (must be empty upon entry).
• Non-professional flash/still cameras, handheld video devices under 6″ (Sony Action Cam, GoPro, etc.).
• Personal misting fan with a plastic bottle no larger than 20 ounces (must be empty upon entry).
• Physician-prescribed medication that is not expired.
• Small clear bags, single-compartment clear backpacks, clear purses (maximum 12″x 6” x12″).
• Personal decorative headgear – no metal and must not cover your face. Headgear will be inspected for approval in the sole discretion of the Coliseum.
How do I get there?
The Coliseum is conveniently located at 3911 S. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90037, just off I-110 and I-10 in Exposition Park. Use navigation and traffic apps such as Waze or Google Maps.
Can I take rideshare or Metro?
Yes! The Metro E (Expo) Line has two stops adjacent to the Coliseum (Expo Park/USC or Expo/Vermont) that are less than a five-minute walk to our entrance gates.
For Torch events, rideshare services can enter Exposition Park and drop off inside the Park. A designated drop-off and pick-up location is located in the Exposition Park Green Lot. After the show, exit Gate 4.
Where do I park?
Parking is available in Exposition Park’s Blue Structure and USC Flower Street Garage. Pre-purchase parking here at parkwhiz.com.
Is there an age limit?
Everyone 2 years and older requires a ticket. Most shows are all ages unless specified at the time of purchase. If the show does restrict minors from attending, proof of a valid government-issued ID is required for entry.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
The Torch features Wi-Fi capability, free of charge. Connect to #TheTorchFreeWiFi and sign on for great network coverage.
Is there any seating?
The venue is entirely standing room only and is general admission. VIP tickets may be sold for specific events. A seating platform is available for guests with disabilities. Please see a guest experience representative at Gate 1 for assistance.
Can I leave the venue and come back in?
Re-entry is not allowed.
Where can I smoke?
The Torch and the Coliseum are non-smoking venues. Smoking and smoking implements are prohibited.
What happens if it rains?
We all know it never rains in LA, but if it does, the show goes on.
How do I find an item I lost there?
It happens. Any found items are listed on the day of the event here. If not posted immediately, please check back as items are updated as they are found. Unclaimed items are discarded after two weeks.
I’ve been to the Coliseum before, but where is the Torch?
Torch events are held on the east side of the venue underneath the Coliseum Cauldron or “The Torch” and the iconic Peristyle. Enter at Gate 4. For a map of the venue, click here.
